Rates are "per week" and include full use of the property, cleaning service every two days with change of swimming-pool towels, change of bed sheets and linen once a week.

5% discount applicable to rates indicated below for booking longer than 2 weeks.

Deposit of 50% of the applicable rate to be paid upon booking. The balance will be settled 6 weeks before arrival.

An additional  Security Deposit of 1,500 Eur will be asked to cover possible damages. It will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period.
